I have a bunch of dishes to return to people who have helped us with meals, and I wanted to write them “thank you’s” to give them when I return their stuff.
I designed this cute and free thank you printable labels so that if you have any last minute “thank you’s” to do, all you have to do is print and cut out the image. The really fun part is that I made the printable so that when you fold it in half you have a mini card tied onto your treat so you can personalize your thank you. You can write a little note telling the person what it is that you are thankful for.
It is really easy to make:
First, just print the image, and cut out the shapes.
Next, lay the cutout upside down and put glue just on the narrow spot in the center.
Lay some twine or ribbon across the center of the cutout (over the glue; see picture) and just fold the cutout in half over the twine/ribbon to make your little card.
Write a little note on the inside of your card, then you can tie the card to a bag of treats. I used shamrock shaped Rice Crispie treats (Click here for the recipe and instructions!) and chocolate gold coins. You could also tie it to a jar of treats, soda bottle, or some other kind of drink. There are a lot of fun options! Think of someone you are thankful for and let them know how you feel.
