I am a routine kind of person, if I find something that works, I’ll do it over and over. That is why I want to share with you my favorite breakfast! I pretty much have this Protein Smoothie every single morning. I love Peanut Butter and Chocolate so much and this Smoothie hits the spot! It’s super healthy and filled with protein and you wouldn’t know it by the taste, but it has handfuls of Spinach! If I get can veggies in me and my kids then its a win. Also, this smoothie always makes me feel full until lunch. Lots of smoothies don’t fill me up and keep me full, but this one gives me lots of energy and keeps my cravings way down. Peanut Butter Banana Chocolate Green Smoothie
Put in the blender in the following order:
14 oz. unsweetened almond milk
2 cups/handfuls of spinach
2 Heaping Tbsp. all natural Peanut Butter
2 Scoops Chocolate Protein Powder (I use Muscle Milk)
Ice (about 1 1/2 cups) depending on the thickness you like
After you have all the ingredients in the blender, then Blend!!
This Smoothie has an amazing consistency. It’s just creamy and smooth. If you are a PB and Chocolate lover like me, you’ll love this smoothie.
