10 cups of Rice Crispies
16 oz. bag of marshmallows
3 Tbsp butter
Bag of white chocolate melting chips
Melt butter and Marshmallows in 30 second increments in large bowl in microwave. Then stir in the rice crispies. Press mixture in to sheet cake pan and let stand for a couple hours before cutting. I will usually wash my hands and then spray them with pam to press down into the pan. I find that it helps with the stickiness.
After they are set, I dipped the top in the melted chocolate and used sprinkles to decorate. I actually got a lot better by the second pan. I figured out you could just spread the chocolate on top of the pan of rice crispies and then cut. It made a much prettier treat if you were going to give them to people.
My kids loved these festive Sham Crispies! Its a treat they could easily help make and help eat!!
