I am excited to share this recipe with you today. I posted a teaser a few weeks ago, but today I get to post the whole recipe! I love pasta salads and this one is definitely my favorite. I bring it to barbecues with my family or friends every chance I get. Everyone loves it and it is super easy to make. My kids really love it, and if you don’t eat it all you can just throw in some cubed chicken and eat it for lunch the next day. It’s makes super yummy left-overs!
Simple Pasta Salad Recipe
24 oz. Pasta (I like to use rotini, because the sauce gets all inside the noodle)
package of mini pepperoni
2 small cans of sliced olives
1 bottle of italian dressing
2 Tbsp. Suddenly Salad seasoning
First, boil the noodles, drain them and rinse them with cold water. Peel the cucumbers and chop them up, then chop up your cheesesticks into small pieces.
Put all your ingredients in a large bowl, mix it up until everything is good and soaked in the italian dressing. Put it in the refrigerator to chill until ready to serve. It is such an easy recipe and all of your guests will be thankful you made it.
